Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the conditions, procedures, and rights and obligations between Liinco (“the Company”) and users regarding the use of the accommodation reservation platform (“Service”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. “Member” means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
  2. “Accommodation” refers to lodging facilities provided by the Company or partner hosts.
  3. “Guest” means a person (member or non-member) who makes a reservation.
  4. “Credit” means virtual points granted by the Company that can be used for partial payment.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service’s homepage.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms in accordance with applicable laws, and any changes will be announced at least 7 days prior to enforcement.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

  1. Users may register via email, Google, Apple, or Kakao account.
  2. Users must provide accurate personal information. Any disadvantages resulting from false information are the user’s responsibility.

Article 5 (Scope of Services)

  1. Searching and booking accommodations
  2. Changing or canceling reservations
  3. Accumulating and using credits
  4. Entering a referral ID for cashback (10% after stay completion)
  5. Downloading accommodation confirmation (PDF)
  6. Offline payment (bank transfer) and online payment (credit card, PayPal)

Article 6 (Reservation and Payment)

  1. Reservations are made through online or offline payment.
  2. For bank transfers, the reserved dates are held for 24 hours.
  3. Cancellations and refunds follow the Company’s refund policy.

Article 7 (Refund Policy)

  1. Full refund if canceled N days before check-in.
  2. 50% refund if canceled on the day before or day of check-in.
  3. 50% refund for unused nights if canceled during the stay.
  4. Special rates or peak season rates may have separate policies.

Article 8 (User Obligations)

  1. Users shall not infringe upon others’ rights or violate laws while using the Service.
  2. Users are liable for any damages caused to accommodation facilities or violations of house rules.

Article 9 (Company Obligations)

  1. The Company shall protect users’ personal data and comply with relevant laws.
  2. The Company shall maintain stable operation of the Service.

Article 10 (Referral Cashback and Credit)

  1. If a referral ID is entered and the reservation is confirmed, the referrer receives 10% cashback after the stay.
  2. The Company may provide credits through promotions or events.
  3. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used within the Service.

Article 11 (Restriction of Use)
The Company may restrict or terminate a member’s access if:

  1. False information is provided;
  2. Another person’s identity is misused;
  3. Fraudulent payments are made;
  4. The Service is disrupted intentionally.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by natural disasters or unavoidable system failures.
  2. The responsibility for accommodation quality lies with the host.
  3. The Company does not directly mediate disputes between hosts and guests.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. Matters not specified herein follow the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
